Mattel is non-esa now and semilogic(developer) doesn't offer any support other than a brief description of the game on their website.

The publisher (THQ Inc.) is an ESA member so the game is protected until 15.07.2013.

THQ Inc. has bankrupted, so the game is not protected anymore.
However, it's still sold at Great Deals Software and Amazon.com.

Great Deals Software and the first Amazon link are either not working or no longer have any 'Fulfilled' copies for sale. The second Amazon link does however.
