Seems to be still sold on GameSeek, though I'm not sure if it counts, since the title is listed as 'temporarily out of stock'.

Well, one of us (or another moderator) could check in 15 days, 14 December 2013, to see if the game does come back in stock. If so, then rejected. Otherwise, do one more check to ensure it isn't sold anywhere else and, barring any valid buylinks, call it approved.
