Forums - F-22 Total Air War

Searching the forums for "total air war" is no small task, since both "air" and "war" have less than 4 letters in them, searching The List for Digital Image Design, Ocean Software, Infogrames and Rage Software Limited revealed nothing. I came across one site that sold the game, but I have no idea if it's second hand. One site, on the other hand, claimed TAW was abandonware. Does anyone know about TAW's true status (I'm hoping, though it was released as late as in sept. 1998)?

It's an Atari game from 1998, as such it will not be abandoned before soonest 2014.
