Thanks for the link

I believe that I have a link to a similar site. I'll add it when I get a chance.

Nice find.. I think I'll bookmark this and load it at work..

can i assume you all know about retrogamingradio as well? (i couldn't find the term in the forum search engine). There's a few here and there for some other computers (eg c64), but i'm conscious i should probably keep it pc-abandonware only..

you guys should check out starmen.net it has a good online radio station.
I like videogames and music, so this is a great combination

I had an idea for something like that. Except it was an actual radio station.

Lulu_Jane 28-09-2007 06:23 AM

They have that already in Korea, I believe.

I don't know quite what to think about that :)

Morrin 28-09-2007 08:43 AM

I heard from my friend that there are four channels at korea that proadcast starcraft games 24/7

And I once saw some counterstrike games here at finland. It wasn't that interesting... boring actually

I keep trying to listen to GamingFM. It doesn't work. It just does't want to connect and gives an error message.

A truly great idea, will try and get that working on my PC, at the moment I have a whole bunch of old sierra game music, and would like to get music from other classic games, especially thinking of the monkey island music... some of my favourite!

for sierra music d/l:

Dont know if this site fits the profile, but partially it does.

Lots of demo music & game music.

Its a great source for oldschool music.

thx for the link!

karooble 06-08-2008 04:28 PM

Wow, that Quest Studios link has a ton of old game music!

Some of my favorite video game music is the soundtrack to Monkey Island 3, and of course the grand sweeping etudes of things like NWN, Oblivion, etc.

um the gaming FM link doesn't work for me, it says

"PaGE CANnOT B3 DIsPl4YED N00b"

Maybe thats just my eyes, I just got back from playing Halo, so you get allot of that...
