I think Amazon Marketplace isn't considered anymore.

I'd thinked that too but some games were rejected because they were on Amazon... Probably the mods know what to filter, I guess we should wait for them to check it. If it shouldn't be considered, then it's approved, probably...

Nope, that link doesn't count since it's not marked as "fulfilled by Amazon."

The publisher (Activision Blizzard, formerly Activision) is an ESA member, therefore the game is protected until 29.03.2015.
