Resize, please. GIMP aint that hard to install and use. Images that large won't display properly on any resolution and chew up bandwidth.

Bp103 13-12-2005 11:59 AM

I tryed to install gimp and it is hard to install

my avatar is olny 75.8 KB (77,624 bytes)

I copyed them you can get rid of my pic's on your post
My avatar was a gif but it looked pixlated (No I don't know how to spell it)
I got gimp thanks swiss

if you want a GIF do not use "dither" when you have just few colours and no gradients. the dither is a technique that "pixelates" gradients so that they can be "simulated" with very few colours.

for colourful pictures I would always recommend JPEG. I really wonder why everyone likes PNG so much. The only thing PNG is good for is hightcolour images with transparency - but hardly anyone uses it ... so ...
