never saw this before

A rip off or inspiration?
 

This Looks like it has ripped off gunstar heroes, or did this came first?

I mean the character design Looks very similar ro gunstar heroes, even some gameplay Scenes, like the character sliding down the slope.

The enemy style however seems to be a Little different, especially the end bosses.
