i like this idea but i think there should be more variety, many users will definitely look forward to their new graphics. and it's not like every common user could achieve 1000 posts so easily. even some of the old members we have here don't even have that yet

Nice idea, but I suggest to add more fruit for every kind.
Example:

...

That is what i had in mind. this one with Cherries was a example which can also apply to the other.

Maybe we could do something like a counter.
For every post you get a pip
For every ten posts you get big pip.
For every 50 Posts you get a cherry/whatever.

And so on...?

I think we should have one pip for every ten posts, then a bigger one for fifties, then a square one for hundreds. Every five hundred should get a rectangle. Thousands can be cherries, two-thousands bananas, three-thousands apples, and five-thousands watermelons. So if you have 9,560 posts, you'd have a watermelon, an apple, a cherry, a gold rectangle, a big pip and one small pip. If you had 489 posts, you'd have four square pips, one big pip and three small pips. Or we can look at a roman numeral-type system, perhaps.

Do you guys want any help with the images for this? I know my edits on the previous page don't seem to have struck a chord with anyone, but I'm still open to help out.


Also, if I recall, the bonus item line up goes cherry, strawberry, orange, apple, melon, galaxian, bell, and key. Perhaps the items could climb through the post counts in the same order?

I've created few new fruits, but Horseman was a bit busy with other things, post here your pictures and I'm sure we will take them into consideration :)

The extra bonus items from Ms. Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man herself, and for the sake of accuracy, a blue ghost using the color from games.

another Idea:

Pac-man for men and MS. Pac-man for Women and Ghost for neutrale persons.

Frodo, Arete, Lulu can walk around with Ms. Pac-man while Fifth, David, me, etc use Pac-Man.

How about it?

There is no option for gender-specific ranks at the moment.

Maybe it could be linked to what they have in their profile? You know, if you choose female, you get Ms. Pac-Man, while picking male gives you Pac-Man?

It would be great to use them for ranks, but I don't want to ruin what 5th did with current ranks.

Why would it ruin his efforts? Would that not simply be an upgrade of something he took on the road?

If we never apply better changes to the system already in place then we'll never get any better.

It could get annoying when you have them animated. Nothing against the graphics themselves, they are great, I would just use them as stills.
