No it isn't, it's still sold at the official site:

Checked EVERY frigging link that's considered a buy link AND searched the linked stores.

They don't even know it exists..

btw.. Vicarious Visions might still state the game is still sold, but when was the last time they updated THAT page??

Amazon shows 6 used and 0 new. So you WON'T find a validating copy there.

And eBay only has 2 used copies in it's results..

So I guess it's ALL OUT for this game...

Our resident (Web)Space Pirate is correct. The official site only gives you a redirect link to the game's site. All buy links that can be found there are quite dead.

Ok, you're right about buy links, but there's still a support page with a mail, a download section with patches and a FAQ section, I don't think we can consider it abandoned.

Geez... I've BEEN on the Terminuspoint forum Before the forum finally got shut down.. (probably the huge amount of spam or the fact the entire myterminus site from SINN is off the web)

Even These people who got the source-code license to keep the game itself a bit more bug-free practically abandoned this game.

THIS is the game I got it from..

The Terminus/TPE community is as good as dead and the Terminuspoint site has been under "HEAVY Construction" for like AGES now...

The only activity this game has seen lately was that closed down forum...
And Since there hasn't been a TPE 0.05 release (which was under release discussion the last time I actually visited the forum) we can all rest assure that even THESE enthusiasts abandoned the game...

The last versions of this game ARE:
Official release: v1.81 (With VVisions support)
TPE Release: v0.04 (With only Terminuspoint support) (Date: 12/25/02 !!)

So the LAST update to this game ANYWHERE was around the end of 2002.
And the forum lasted till around the end of 2007.

This game isn't just abandoned....
It's nearly dead... :(

Ok, surely you know the situation much more than me.

A big problem is that Vicarious Vision is still an active game developer and Terminus was released on 2000.

Ouch.. Nope...

Never had a reason to contact them directly...
And the Issue I had were addressed on the myterminus forum..
(Since getting the TPE 0.04 update isn't that hard)

Really... Since the Forum went down I haven't had a single clue on WHAT the actual status of this game really is...

btw... If you want to contact SOMEONE.. I would rather suggest you try to get into contact with "FOS" (thefosman@mchsi.com) or Steven Wilcoxon (swilcoxon@soncom.com).

FOS is/was THE guy @ the forum cause his username literally meant "Forum Operating System"
And Steven is the main guy on the Terminuspoint site.

If there are ANY people with detailed knowledge on the status of Terminus it's one of THESE TWO guys..

They probably know more about this then the guys @ VVisions..
(Who will probably direct you to these guys themselves)
