Problem: Unable to run RPG Maker 2000 programs (Or unable to execute RPG Maker 2000 programs)

Solution:

Step 1. Ensure you have the RPG Maker main program as well as the RTP installed. The RTP is installed seperate from the actual RPG Maker 2000 program, should be installed after the main RPG Maker 2000 program, and contains all the Chipsets, Tilesets, etc. (Content) for the game.

Step 1. Install the RPG Maker 2000 main program.
Step 2. Install the RPG Maker 2000 RPG.
Step 3. Copy the RPG_RT.exe file from the main RPG Maker 2000 directory into the directory where you unzipped the game you wish to play.
Step 4. Double click the game to play. =]

Notes: If you can't find the RPG_RT executable, wish to make your own programs utilizing the "Hero Name" ability, or are just lazy to search, you may download it here: http://rpgmaker.thaiware.com/download/namefix.zip

However: Even if you download the RPG_RT exe you'll still need the RTP installed.
