Ok so I was looknig for mac abandonware after I fixed my macs soundcard and stumble upon macintosh garden: http://mac.the-underdogs.org/. Note that this is hosted by underdogs. Anyway click on most populer and look at what you find. Doom, Doom2, Monkey island available to dl free! Why do mac people get to download this stuff legally and not pc?

the monkey island game is a freeware remake :) dont know about doom tho

no actully its real... exactly the same but MI1 has some mac credits in it.

and how do you know? I checked wikipdia and it said that there was a mac version of the first 3 games

because i downloaded it at boyscouts when i was in a school that used MAC The game says it is a remake
