Using D-fend Reloaded to get everything working

Hey guys, im rubbish with dos and just don't have time to tinker with Dos.
I found a program years ago called D-fend, it's like a front end for dosbox run in windows. It had it's glitches but about 80% of the time worked.

Now there is D-fend Reloaded, i have had no problems(that i couldn't fix) with this Program. You set up profiles for the games, set the directories etc and then your usually good to go. you can tinker with it to improve mouse speed resolution etc and can capture snapshots sound and video.

Sorry if you guys already know about it but i thought it was worth mentioning.

Heres the link: http://dfendreloaded.sourceforge.net/

Great for those of us that just cant get our heads around Dos:ouch:

I use it myself.
Mostly because I'm damn lazy, but also because it does alot of the work for me.

I searched to see if there was a thread about this already and it gave me nothing, now that i've made it its telling me there are 5 other threads.

Sorry guys...but damn, its awesome!

Don't worry, D-Fend Reloaded is a completely different program from D-Fend AFAIK. I think D-Fend Reloaded is the best front-end along with DBGL.

Most regulars over here however use no frontend.

I don't even autoexec anything. I start at 'Z:\' and go from there. Failing that, I just use my DOS laptop. :p
