im looking for a game but dont know the title
 

ok to be honest i dont even know if it was a pc or an amiga game, i played it when i was younger. i dont even know if it was good but i just want to get my memory straight its a 2d top down and horizontally scrolling game. i dont know verry much about it but i think its a not so serious police game were you chase criminals on a road and the rest of the tine do crazy stuff like eating doughnuts, as i said my memory isnt the best but i think u play someone like wiggam in the simpsons

definetly vga, maybe the doughnuts were on the road, my memory is pretty weak
