Unfortunately there are only few Mario games published for Dos.

If you search a little at MobyGames you'll easily see what I'm talking about, 95% of Mario games were published for Nintendo consolles (SNES, NES, GameBoy, GameCube, Gameboy advance, Nintendo64...)

so are we able to download those games like these games???

I wouldn't think so. At least not here, since the site is primarily dedicated to old PC games (DOS and the odd Commodore 64 or Amiga version). Old console games are generally only available second-hand, as re-releases, or as ROMs (which require an emulator of whatever system the game ran on to use).

Sites stocking the latter are fairly easy to find, which means you'll probably be able to get ahold of these games. Legally, especially since Nintendo tends to keep a fairly short leash on their original properties (such as the Mario games), probably not so much. There are presumed grey-areas: if you own an original copy of the game, for instance, and 24-hour try-then-delete periods. But I wouldn't expect them to hold up on the off-chance you get caught.

Well the whole thing has changed nowadays with the virtual console, so I think the legal footing on any nintendo property has definitely been highlighted, besides the fact as well that Nintendo is an ESA member, and the ESA cracks down hard on any site that hosts a Mario game made by Nintendo. (Not like the PC Mario games here, which were actually licensed by Nintendo to Interplay)

i didnt realize this was an old pc game site. i came here when i did a search for archon which i first played on the old nintendo system, which is broken now, and i looked online and found i could play it here.

Yes, Abandonia deals with Dos games. I'm quite sure you'll find other good titles here.
