The best weirdness comes from the clipping deaths of the random passerbys.
I enjoyed seeing a policeman's head meld with that of a postbox, then my car joined the excitement a second later as a flaming hunk of metal.

I have played the game a thousand times and I haven't seen anything like that... but who knows???
