I'm looking forward to see what you create for this theme of a vampires garden. :w00t:
A thought I just had - a vampire's garden need not be desolate and dark. It could exist on a non-earthly plane and be lush and fantastique. It could be a simple but dramatic interpretation with just a single plant or flower set against a black or sunset background. Have fun but take care of the thorns! |
long life = gray. and if it's a vampire it should be dark :)
this time i'll vote for the most kitschy entry :D gl hf |
No voting for yourself Himmler :P

This picture has had a history. It was based on a novel I wrote about a vampire-like character. I asked my neighbour - who's a naive artist - if she'd do a picture of a rose dripping blood into a puddle on the ground from which a man with long black hair is peering. heh She managed to do it. I loved her painting, but I wanted a more realistic picture of the man and to fix up rough spots created by the primitive scanner of five years ago. That's why I had a go at redoing it.
Here's Vera Fenell's painting: |
