I'm still playing my original version of this game, it just won't die! It's great to play even if you just have a few minutes (I keep a shortcut to it on my desktop).

Unusual for such an old game but you can compete online for highscores at http://www.blockout.de/. They even have tournaments!

Download and get addicted to this simple great game!

I always play the game on my parent's pc, once every other month out of nostalgia. The top-10 used to be a combination of my records and my dad's. That was in a galaxy far far away a long long time ago :D

It's funny to see how everytime I replay it I break the record, and very cool to have a game with personal high scores dating back to 1992 LOL

It's funny how I still manage to rotate the blocks correctly even after so many years.

That link to the high scores is really nice, I should dig up my old copy to see how good/badly I'm doing...

The only drawback is that the game seems to last forever when you choose big layouts, such a time-consuming addiction :)

Sure, it's great... I've spent thousands of hours, playin it :D
But are there levels after 9-th level? I remember, that when I jumped over the 9-th level, I got something like a bug - a mess of pixels instead the number of the 10-th level :D :D And blocks began to fall faster then bullets from AK-47 :) Maybe that was because of some individual features of my PC or game version? Hell knows... But anyway - BLOCKOUT FOREVER!!!
