So, what would you do with it if you could buy it? Me? I would rebuild the town, rule it with an iron fist and have statues of me built everywhere, tall and with a smug expression. And when I address the people, all the statues would speak with my voice, through ingeniously hidden speakers. Also, they would randomly spout my words of wisdom to the populace. Man, it would be an UTOPIA!

Furnish all the rooms and live there. I would place various items in the shops one shop with DVD's one with games and one with food etc. That would be sweet.

Well, if I had the money to buy a whole town, I might as well put some use to such an otherwise senseless purchase and invite homeless people to live in it. At least they would have somewhere to sleep then.

id have the same Idea as Tomekk, invite a few people, and let them duke it for survival in a post apocalyptic post-soviet union setting :D

i would fill the city with rubber penises

then everyone passing by would be like- hey, this city is full of rubber penises
