Oldwarez list states that all Syndicate games are protected, but OWL hasn't been very reliable source lately...:notrust:

The original Syndicate should have crossed the 15-year mark not long ago. On January we'll be able to put up the expansion as well.

Syndicate Wars will remain protected for a few years longer, unfortunately.
