I think the best game ever for me personally is anything on the Atari 2600! hehe I remember Q+bert being on the Atari 2600 even then and the Atari 2600 has a controller where I would play it so much it would literally crack at the base! Those were some good times. Dig Dug is another classic. Now there is the imitation Digger out. Lode Runner. etc. Those Atari 2600 days were the best. 1982!!! yh# A lot of those games are on DOS too so good to relive those classics. I was only 8 years old at the time. Now I continue to feel young however I am a man now.

For me, the best games were Atari ST series, based on the Motorola 68000 processor, with 512 KB of RAM and a 3.5-inch drive as a storage device. This computer was similar to other machines of that time based on Motorola 68000 - Apple Macintosh and Commodore Amiga. In addition, later models were with blitter.
