Forums - Forgotten name of scary game I once played

I think this is the right place to ask for some help about this.
Recently I remembered a game I once played when I was still a small kid, maybe 6-7 years old. I played this game that terrified me, it was a puzzle game if I remember correctly, probably late 90s early 2000s. I'm 90% sure it was 2D click game that was actually targeted to children. Played it on Windows XP for sure.

It was about a black shadow/ghost who was going to do something bad if you didn't do a lot of specific tasks in a certain amount of time. You had time until a specific hour, don't remember what hour it was. I never completed that game as far as I remember, even with my parent's help.

I barely remember all the details, but I'm 100% I played it once, hired it from my local library (Yes, you could hire video games there.) so I defenitely don't have it anymore. Does anyone remember this game? Or have any clues? Thanks for helping!
