i was just wondering on how to obtain a game from ESA what is it all about and do i pay for it? :sniper:

ESA protected games are games that are still being sold or where the developers/publishers still keep the copyright up and refuses to let the games become available for the public for free. So yes... you need to pay for it and the only way to get a game that is ESA protected is to find it on either EBAY or game shops.
Do observe that ESA do NOT sell games... they just enforce the copyrights.

Why not just give him the ESA website so he can read it himself?

The idea is not bad, but usually such guys aren't interested in reading such sites... Otherwised he'd already know (there are links to in on the download site) and wouldn't ask.
