Ok... I have a problem. I'm using Firefox. When I download anything from the net, I get up the download manager.

And it says "Download to: [folder, in my case "My Documents"]."

But the thing is, I never see the files there. If I'm downloading a song, it opens in Winamp automatically, but then I can never find it again. Not even by the search thingie in Windows. So... does anybody know where my files are?!?

:help:

did you try to search for them? My guess is its going to a different My Documents folder. Maybe under a different user name, ect

well, they have to be going somewhere. try making it ask you where you want to put the file every time you download something. Its one of the downloading options

I use Firefox, and some of the files (on net) are set to open, and to download in random directory, so if you want to download any of those - right mouse click - save "name" (name can be image, link, file...). Maybe it will work, it works with me.
