[dosraider] Jones in the Fast Lane

this is a long shot but here goes. The game is a simple turn-based game I played on my pc, dont know what specs or what OS. The game is maybe best described as a boardgame since you cant go anywhere in the game except on the designated board seen on the amazing picture I drew and you can see below. The buildings represent burger joint, school, university, work places and maybe a bank. I played it probably around 1987-1990, although thats just a guess its been so long. Dont know how to describe the graphics, sorry. You had to get food at a burger joint regularly and get a job to earn money to buy food and go to school. You would work yourself up and as you got better university degrees you got options of better jobs, better jobs = more money = able to afford better degrees. And so on. You could play against a friend (who was sitting next to you) or you could play against the computer. Thanks for any help.
