Tiles flipping game

Hi! There was this game I used to play but I couldn't find it now. It is a 3D third-person view game where you control a unit that is hovering above tiles of different colour. Your job is to flip the tiles' colour to match the colour you're playing as. The player with the most number of tiles owned wins.

There are also power-ups in the game that helps you to affect the opponents or just to help your unit.

The game was played on a computer (using Windows 95/98) during the 90s. If I'm not wrong, there are only 4 colours for the tiles: red, blue, green and yellow.

Is it traditional third person as in seeing the player character from the back, or is it top down or isometric?

When you say "unit", is it some sort of robot or a flying vehicle?

Were the tiles squares, triangles, hexagons?

Was the gameplay turn-based or real time? Were you playing against computer opponents or a human player?
