I remember playing a game that started with Electro. It could be Electroman, I'm not sure. Anyway you were a guy in a full blue suit or armour, it was platform, you shot monsters or robots, and it was sort of like Duke Nukem 1. This is all I can remember.

Anyone know it, and if so, where I can get it?

There was also an early version of it, it was called Electro Body and was slightly different. No idea if it was ever full version, though.

Well, yes, the Electro Body had some weirder colors and some bits looked a bit different, as the music was, but the basic gameplay remains unchanged.

It appears Electro Man / Electro Body has been released as freeware:
