Can you show me a screenshot of your Body Count directory? Also, make sure ems and xms are both set to true in dosbox.conf.

XMS and EMS were both set to true.

Thanks, but same problem. Though it did lag a second before it told me it exited on it's own! So that's something. :P

hmm, what is exactly the command of your mount command and where this game is located?

Inkubus 18-01-2009 06:17 PM

Code:

Z:\ mount c c:\games

Z:\ c

C:\obc\count.exe

That's what I type. Game's location:

Code:

C:\Games\OBC\Count.exe

You must have done it differently back then.

Either
Z:\>mount c C:\Games\OBC\
Z:\>c:
C:\>count

or
Z:\>mount c C:\Games
Z:\>c:
C:\>cd obc
C:\OBC>count

noooo inkubus, you're doing it wrong, you need to run it via bc.bat and you need to run it from it's directory (it matters)

so you first have to 'cd c:\obc' directory and then type 'bc.bat', because otherwise it won't find any other excutables

By god, you're right. I'm doing it wrong! Thanks a lot, I'll do that later then. See what happens when you're without DOSBox for a few months? Left in the stone age.

Well, I mean DOS isn't really the future, but you get the idea..
