Sim Safari is a classic, and it seems to have lost all traces of existence by Maxis. The only copies I can find are old used copies that people want a fortune for.

We have accepted buylinks like this in the past. For example, Cluseck posted a valid buylink to a collection containing Janes Combat Simulations - F-15 as evidence that that game was rejected; subsequently, Janes Combat Simulations - F-15 was made [REJECTED] without further discussion (at least, as far as I am aware).

It's unused and fulfilled by Amazon. Being a compilation does not invalidate it as a buylink.
