X-Men - Children of the Atom

Its a fighting game released in the arcades in 1994 (According to Wikapedia) and ported to MS-DOS in 1997

The game was developed by Capcom and this DOS Port was handled by Acclaim.

Would love to see this fighting game on here

The game is not protected since 2013.
Only used copies found.

I think we can label the game as 'approved'. Can anyone confirm this?

I looked around and found the same thing...
I guess this could be 'approved'. Is it confirmed about the protection?
