I would be willing to do a piece on the evolution of the fantasy RPG.

Then get on with writing it - yesterday.
We had a lot of people "willing to do" something and then doing nothing.

Indeed...

Most people's ideas for the AT are like arseholes: Everyone has one and, unless it is attended to by frequent wiping, they all stink.
(that means, work on it! Don't let it stagnate, else I'll discard it in favour of a fresh smelling bung-hole. Or pass it to someone else to wipe every now and then.)

Since we're working on this issue's focus as Doom/FPS games and Horror genre stuff, an article on the Fantasy RPG genre *could* work, if slightly tailored to fit.

There are a few articles and features still to be taken from the "get yr assignments here" thread.
I'll be adding some more stuff to that over the next few days.
If you want to write something a bit shorter or more... prescise, then feel free to grab something from there.

If you do decide that you are willing enough to actually write this and prepare images - please write something that isn't a chore to read or requires many, many re-writes.

Time is running short for even my extended deadline of early-Feb.
