Adventure game. Publisher (GameTek UK Ltd.) and developer (Compro Games Ltd.) aren't ESA members.

Published on 1996, like you said GameTek UK Ltd. & Compro Games Ltd. aren't ESA members...maybe we are talking about dead companies.
I didn't find any buy link, it seems abandoned.
