It's the usual strategy of the politicians, you know - first to make all kinds of rosy and good looking promises and awake hope in people, and then when it's "unfortunately" not working out and it's getting more and more delayed, all kinds of excuses begin to enter the scene.

As it was already said, the entire thing is up to the Studentis crew... nobody can blame them they concentrate their efforts on better-paying projects.

Reminds me a bit of little kids asking during a long car ride: "When are we going to be there?" "I'm hungry!" "I'm thirsty!" "I feel sick!" "I have to do wee-wee!" ^_^

Yees, quite some time has passed and there not too much to report by now, but hey!

Actually, I've seen the new design preview, and I can't agree with the "rosy and good looking" part.
