How do I slow down my pc I am trying to play zork nemeiss an it is runing to fast

It is win95\98 game you can move around 360 in it but it move
way to fast I will try vmd

Use Dosbox and change the cycles. Simple as that. Also I don't understand the relevance of you saying:

If it's for windows 95 then dos box for dos games is not going to be any help. Try XP compadability mode whne invovles right clciking and finding the tab and using windows 95 or 98.

Ohh that's my bad, I didn't pay attention to that fact. I was in a hurry at that point. If compatability mode doesn't work, then you have two options:
1. Get a copy of windows 95 or windows 98
2. Look for patches to make it work with XP (C&C had Windows XP Fixes)

The problem is the result of a too fast processor. Get some throttling utility like Turbo, Mo'Slo or Killer.

I have the same problem. I just used an old PC
