Transport Tycoon Delux may not be as good as the original one but it has multipalyer. Anyone interested?

After playing TTD yesterday I must say that I got my addiction back quite fast... :ok:

I might wish to try it now, but it is so slow I wonder if we will play that much... 15 years took me around 4-5 hours yesterday... :blink:

I am too slow I pause all the time. It will get me days to reach the seventy's. Kosta has left some save games. That doorwegen thingy is really cool because he hasreached $100.000.000 by using only trains.

I usually only pause at the beginning of the game, and let the rest go thru unless I have some major mistake to overcome (like stopping two trains to hit eachother after I told one to ignore the light :whistle: )

I really got pissed when 50 trains got stuck because i had 5x freight weight on.. my monorail train was going at.. 1mph... and it was monorail..

I think that you should have posted this in the TTD thread in the Games forum instead.

Anyways, this being said, trains have HP (horse power) in their description... I personally very rarely used Monorails (I rarely get a game that old anyways), but while Monorails does go very fast I don't think they have an incredible amount of HP...

Hummm... I originaly wanted to post a screen of one of my game and start a friendly competition about the first person to get to 100,000,000$ as fast as possible (time wise). However, it seems that I can't post a picture here, and I can't post .pcx either, so I am a little screwed right now...

I guess I could start a thread in the Art forum to post pictures, but then I also would need a graphic program which can turn .pcx into whatever format this forum can take. Any ideas?

Of course. Just get IrfanView here http://www.irfanview.com and convert PCX to JPG it. It's freeware and a pretty useful program. ;)
