Demon Attack (PC Booter)

I'm looking for a disk image of the PC Booter version of this game. I already have the PCjr cart image, but I'm told is missing things from the disk version, such as the title screen. Any takers?

It seems, no one seen this game. Well, except Moby. I found that it's for Tandy 1000 (unlike common PCJr), but that's all. Sorry. :(
