I'm having problems running Caesar 3. The speed of the animation sometimes seems erratic, sounds and events aren't in synch, and the speech samples from citizens sound like they're being played at half speed. I've already tried compatibility mode.

My (relevant) specs:
Processor: Amd Athlon 2200+
Soundcard: On board 2.1 soundcard
Videocard: GeForce FX 5200
768 mb ram

~edit: Nvm, I fixed the problem, appearantly it was to blame on Winamp running in the background.
