Abe's Oddysee
 

OK, I can remember VERY LITTLE about this game, just that it was legendary.

You have to rescue a number of your alien-brothers I think to cross every level, you are slaves in an alien world, conquered by another race.

There are a lot of controls and different powers which you possess.

Any idea?

It's like a platform-adventure.

Blackthorne may be, although you were pretty much humans (enslaved by aliens)

If you can tell us which time the game is from, how were the graphics etc.

Unlikely to be Blackthorne - that had rather simple control set.

And I don't recall any "powers" that you could use in Blackthorne. Gun and bombs, and I think that was it.

Not that I've played Abe's Oddysee, but yeah, seems like it.
