wolf 3d has better features but cant have the graphic and put evry1 in the game
gamemaker allows better graphics but less features but allows evry one to be in

Adventure Game Studio, it should be an adventure game. Your doom-like one should be made with Game Maker.

Actully you can have everyones pic in there. Though only prob is color pics will be a bit miscolored due to the format and pallet though if in b/w it appiears just as good.

and if you are makin the game "doom" like..... USE THE DOOM ENGINE LOL. I really dislike the maker engines.

I made a game in game maker a year ago for school. :P Star wars. A space invader-like game. But it has not so many options.

Try DIV Games Studio! The bad thing is you'll have to buy it...

I vote for gamemaker then, but why do I care? Not like I want my head shot off...LOL

Game Maker, I guess. At least looks better than Wolf3D engine...

i would do doom ion cannon but as i said unless u can help im completly unable to do tht

ion what do u mean the maker engines there is only one game maker the game making software is not a engine

I'm not too big a fan of gamemaker, actually. I'd go with a real programming language, or with something that'll make it look like an old game. A game 'bout a site dedicated to old games can't look like Halo 2. It'd be hypocritic.

punch999 22-12-2004 06:20 PM

im not going for halo 2 at all comon ppl doom has better graphics
