I have all 3 of these games and am willing to upload them to you, but I need to make sure it's OK to have them on the site first. They're very old, so I think they should be all right...

Sonic CD (1996)
Sonic & Knuckles Collection (Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic 3 & Knuckles) (1997)
Sonic 3D Blast (1997)

All published by SEGA, and therefore under 15 year protection period.
Sonic CD will be viable for addition to the site in 2012. The other two in 2013.

With the discovery of the Dino Labs version of this game, this date will be considered to be the earliest protection date for this title.
