Hi!

I'm looking for the 1996 game Rocket Jockey. Does anybody know where to find it?

Published by SegaSoft in 1996, developed by Rocket Science Games...It was a video game developer that created games for consoles and computers from 1993 to 1997, SegaSoft chose to shut down RSG in 1997.
But if you search some information about SegaSoft you'll find that was founded in 1995 and lasted until late 2000...so maybe Rocket Jockey is a orphan game...
Abandonware?

Apparently so, Rocket Jockey is at HOTU!

Sadly this is sans the soundtrack (which is half the purpose of playing the game), so I would like to pose a question.

Is the reason for the soundtrack being ripped a size issue or a copyright issue? And if it is just a size issue, what are the chances of Rocket Jockey making Abandonia with a full soundtrack? Please say high.

If approved, this could also be uploaded as iso.

I would check SEGA copyright status because of the 15-year-rule.

SegaSoft is not the same as SEGA but a now-defunct subsidiary of theirs, and as such subject to 10 year protection.

Therefore, we can consider Rocket Jockey Abandonware.

a plea to port Rocket Jockey to the Wii and a revised Rocket Arena re-imagining.

Please enjoy the game. I am currently active in searching small developers whe DARE to take on the challenge in remaking the game Rocket Jockey. Think it would work best to use the 'Trackmania' formula, low-end PC based and easy online gaming and contests.
