I have these three games:

Fire Fight (Windows)

- I have a ripped version
- Works on Windows XP with Windows 98 Compatibility mode.

the Reap (Windows)

- Not on OldWarez; games from same publisher are all Abandonware http://www.abandonia.com/en/oldwarez...arque/0/title/
- I have the original CD
- Has some problems on Windows 8; works fine on Windows XP with sound acceleration disabled.

Savage Arena (Windows)
- http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/savage-arena
- I have a ripped version.
- Not on OldWarez; games from same publisher are Sold or Abandonware http://www.abandonia.com/en/oldwarez/0/rage/0/title/
- Works on Windows 8

Huh, not sure about statuses. Upload ripped versions, I'm sending you PM. Also, if you have CD or case, we gladly accept any scans of box, CD, manual or anything else.

As for Reap, upload ISO image to some sharing site (like 4shared) and post the link in ISO Cellar in Requests topic.

Excuse me, Fire Fight and Savage Arena seem to have been removed from - or perhaps never added to - the ISO cellar and/or main site. May I know why? Can I do something about it? Do I have to write reviews of them? Thanks.

Sometimes things are just forgotten or lost around here.

I'm sure when an updater comes past he or she can confirm the games' status and repost the games for you.

Arete, as far as I can see, it's DeathIncrn who offer games. :)

DeathIncrn, you have rips, right? Then it will be not in ISO cellar (it's for, duh, ISOs and other types of CD-images).

To get rips appear in "main" section, you need to 1. Upload rips, 2. Make review 3. Supply screenshots. Without it, it will be no entries. With it - well, chances, game will be up on site as soon as someone from admins will notice that. :) Umm... I mean, if games are approved beforehand. :)

As spectre pointed out, rips will not end up in ISO Cellar. So only Reap is there.

As for othe two games: damn, I forgot about them. You uplaoded everything, I just rechecked. OK, then stay tuned and something just might happen this weekend :)

Wow great! Thanks guys! I haven't written any review because... well, I've never written a game review ever, especially in English. But if it is required, then I may try.

It's fairly easy. Give a little bit of why you like the game, how to play it, what the sound and graphics are like, then rate it out of 5. It doesn't have to be very long. Four paragraphs should be enough.

Yes, please, write 4 paragraphs, it looks so much better than "this game is missing review"

Guys sorry for upping this again, but I'd like to know if there's something I can do to make these games appear on Abandonia's catalog.

As you can see, we're seldom visiting, but it's been a million years since we had new games on site too. I'm keeping this thread up and let someone wise more decide on next steps. @Admins?

Usual answer: you need files, review, screenshots - and approval that game is really abandoned.

One problem - there is not much people remaining who can approve and upload. Try PM Japo, he have all needed rights.

It's sad to hear that there's nearly nobody around. Why is that?

Well, capital reason #1: After site "reworking" and consequent selling, community and owners are dis-joined at best. We, here, knows what we need and what need be fixing, but they, there, don't want to implement changes, and don't know what to do to fix.

It slowed the site progress initially, then people started to find new activities, and no one replaced them. So... slow death, I believe.
