i found the cd but it's the dos version how do i get it to work on xp
Try DOSBox, here's the guide: http://www.abandonia.com/main.php?nav=index&FAQ=1
And unfortunately, the company's titles are all ESA-protected. I threw out my copy long ago, but them's the breaks. ;)

i got it to work i installed it and found the program under c:/id/t7g it works but the music doesn't work so does vdmsound work with this and how do i use vdmsound
You said the music doesn't work? I thought DosBox emulated a midi and a SBcard?
I just installed T7G to test it and it works fine, all i really need is to mount both the c drive and the d drive in dosbox. Regards Lightside |
the game doesn't work in dosbox (something about wrong sound drivers) but the game does start (with voice) under, my computer c:/id/t7g so it will probibly be easier to get the sound to work through vdmsound than through dosbox
and the reason i dont change the sound (through install) is because no matter what i pick it stays on soundblaster
i tried it on my other computer and using tandy it starts in dosbox but stayed in the insertn cd1 screen even when i have the cd in but it does play the music how can i get it to recognize that i have the cd in there
