Facebook banner

Hi Admin,

I know nowadays is really important to use a social networking stuffs, but this Facebook banner is really ugly and every time, when the page is loading, this banner is cover almost the half of the screen.
It is possible to put this banner to a side? Right or doesn't matter where. :)
Sorry, but the page is too crowdy with different banners. I know, the advertisement is need... but in different formation would be better ;)
Thanks.
Andras

The facebook banner is put there by the site owners -- the forum staff can't do anything about it. The best thing to do is get hold of Abovo via the site Contact Us form. :)

Andras78, you get it all wrong friend.
It's that bloody site that's getting in the way of those nice adds/banners/popups.

By the way, I found a possible solution in a Chrome extension.
Name is AdBlock, it is a really cool stuff and when you use it, open the abandonia.com, you can select the area which would like to block.
you can set the filters, and the second (or third) match has a unique identification for this Facebook banner:
www.abandonia.com##IFRAME[id="f16a988b34"][class="fb_ltr"][name="f330e097fc"]
when you set it, next time this banner will not shown.
but I still have friedns :D

Nice to see you found a solution for the issue.

... Which is the same "solution" we propose to everybody else too.

AdBlock work (or originate) with FF.

NoScript also work wonders.
