O.K., here's the deal - I bought Aliens vs. Predator 2 today and since I like to have backup copies, I copied all the files from the cd's and made them into nrg (nero disk images). Everything is absolutely the same from the backup as in the original cd's but - if I want to play only using the virtual drive I get a "Wrong disk inserted". I patched it up to 1.0.9.6 but that didn't help. How can I play from the images???

Try using Dameon Tools. Search for it on google. :ok:

Uhh... THATS what I am using.
The autorun just says "Wrong disk inserted". P.S. The game is from "Best Sellers" and when I try to play multiplayer is asks for a CD key. My copy doesnt have a CD key writen anywhere - where should it be??? |
Isn't it on the case of AVP2? Why wouldn't you have the CD key?

I own the AVP classics one.
It's on a small slip that's in the box, it's a square piece of paper that has the AVP box cover on it, the AVP logo above it, and the CD key at the bottom. |
I still can't find it. Anyone have a "Best Seller" copy???
|
Uh yes, that's the exact one I have.
It might just be that you didn't get a CD key. :D |
P.S. Could it possibly be inside the manual of the CD? Or maybe is in a hidden file or smth??? |
