The (by the way great) abandownware search-machine Tom made an update on yesterday, states that "Fantasy Empires" is still sold - but you can stille download it from this site - is this done intentionally?

Kosta's got some special permissions for some games, but I don't know if this is one of those cases... There is some work in progress that should actually prevent these things from happening in the future though...

Hi! If you look closely, you'll see this line:
Availability: Out Of Stock
And its been like that for a long time, so I doubt they will be restocking it.

There are still discrepancies between the oldwarez list and actual availability of games of the site because they are not integrated yet. We are working on connecting the list to the site so that the oldwarez list determines the actual status of the games on site. Its not an easy task though so it takes time. We will make an announcement once this is completed, probably sometime in July. In the future if you notice and discrepancies between the list and site, I think its better if you PM me than create a topic for it.

There, the list has been connected to the site. There should be no more differences between the site status and the oldwarez list status
