So, I'm rather new to the site, and new to offering games to any site like Abandonia, but I thought I'd ask to see if any of the old ones I got can go here.

I was going to offer Speterra Core and Arcanum, but I noticed GOG sold them still so I'll just try ones I'm not sure of still. Please tell me if any are still sold, onsite/already offered (I searched a bit), or still protected. I know the site is mostly Dos games, but isn't that because most Dos games are abandon now?

You are free to upload the box scans an the manual regardless of the game's actual status, though.
We don't have the manual or the potion list for QFG 4, so you are clear to upload that. Docs for the rest are already on the site.

Do you mean Descent or is this an entirely different game?
Does it have any content differences from same episode in the retail version?
