Members can rate threads with stars :)
For example if you think a thread is awesome you can rate it with 5 stars.

Hummm, it appears I can't change my vote back... I was just testing.

It should be allowed to be changed IMHO. Sometimes thread can change for the best in the middle of the discussion... Or the contrary.
