Fly game
 

A freeware game I downloaded about 10 years ago.
Using the mouse you steer the fly away from oncoming traffic on a road and gain points for every vehicle you avoid. If the fly gets hit by a car it is killed and slides down the screen. This game had sound.

aha, some good came of the hours I spent scrolling through the werbespiel list on kultboy! Is there any chance this game was Bikeflyter?

Please note that it is a different game from Peter Maffay’s Bikeflyter, where the roles are reversed.
