u know that filter box
i think u should add something to it
i think you should add a filter for what system they work on
like
Xp Dos....ect
it would save people time
it takes me like 10 minutes to find xp games

I understand what you mean, Halbringer, but it's kind of moot seeing as the site's name is Abandonia - Home of classic DOSgames.

Of course we understand, but fact is that even if some games run directly in XP you're better off using dosbox.

There are certain exceptions to this, notably Free Enterprise or Descent. Dosbox also needs significant system resources; it was so flaky on my machine before I brought it up to 512MB of RAM that I was stuck with either VDMSound or a Windows patch before I could play anything.

Honestly said, 'bringing up to 512Mb' for XP is hardly to be considered as an upgrade, more something in the line of 'bringing it to the minimum'.
I don't even dare to ask what your CPU is.

With anything less than 512Mb you're much better off with W2K instead of XP.

My uncle has a P3 600 Mhz, 384 MB of RAM..... and he runs XP. XD
