3 Attachment(s)
Hello there webmasters!

Since i'm really new on this matter i've been loooking over the forums where to post this or how to upload an old game of 1989 from LUCASFILMS GAMES and a GOLD software company the title is "Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade" but it's not the great Adventure version all we know, this is an Arcade version i use to have and rescue some years ago from my old buch of FDDs. I hope to don't post it on the wrong place if so i'm sorry again i'm new on this forums matters and i just want to contribute with the fantastic work you do. So i need to know if you are interested on acquiring this rare Indiana Jones Game, i have took a couple of screen shoots in order to send them to you just let me know to where i have checked over the internet and couldn't find it anywhere so that's why i suposse it most be a rare version isn't? Thanks and let me know

We'll be delighted to have it. :)

Well you already posted the material so we already have it, but if you have more stuff let us know, and we'll send you the procedure to upload to our server. For that you'll have to appear first as a registered user though.

By the way, don't just upload stuff here, ask if it's OK here or in Requests, then if so offer it here, or right there, but don't attach the files. We'll send you the procedure privately.

It's not really a problem, also the game is APPROVED for Abandonia, so no harm done. I'll remove the attachment now though, if we make one exception people will start sharing files all over the forum.

Might want to think twice about this one. The Indiana Jones franchise and license is still controlled by Lucas Arts. The game above is a port that was created from the Atari original.

We do have a couple other Lucas Arts games that are downloadable. I'm not suggesting that I know best here. I'm starting to get a little fuzzy on what should be allowed and what should not. LucasArts is like Disney and a few others that can be very zealous in their copyright protection. We have had Loom available somehow, so maybe I worry too much. There are a few other LA games that should be eligible if this one and Loom are.

We (updaters and admins) recently discussed about this game in particular and we decided to give it a go, even if it's LA.

There is a bug in the forum, that new users appear as guests until an admin presses some button. I'm getting a database error when I try to PM you--even though I found you in the members list. It should be fixed soon, it's checked periodically.

Thanks for being vigilant, I might have been wrong. But we're recently evaluating Lucas. We have little information, but for starters we already have the adventure on the site and Lucas hasn't complained.

OK. If all goes well I have a couple others that we could consider.

Japo, Perfecto i'm glad you could approved it! anyway i don't think Lucas Arts has time or interest to review on specific this old game, on my opinion they lately even have show some disinterest on some of their best games ever like Monkey Island (selling the franchise to telltale in order to deliver us this summer the last title "Tales of the Monely Island", http://www.telltalegames.com/monkeyisland) I'm not saying that it won't be a fair game for fans but isn't a bit dissaponting coming from LucasArts. At least they are leaving us theri last work for this great game the Remake itself of the Secret of Monkey Island(http://www.lucasarts.com/games/monkeyisland/). Anyway please let me know how to send you the other games in order to be reviewed by the Crew. thanks

PM sent, sorry for the delay, the bug is to blame.

One more important thing, post here before uploading, so we can tell you if that particular content is approved, and so we know it's there once you have uploaded it.
